Situated within Maya Residences, the project is shaped around the lifestyle and spatial expectations of a young couple. Moving away from the highly dynamic character of their previous homes, the owners envisioned a more serene urban retreat that balances comfort with subtle moments of vibrancy and contemporary expression.

The design process was guided by an in-depth understanding of the homeowners’ daily routines, habits, and patterns of living, resulting in a spatial organisation that carefully balances openness with privacy. Shared living areas transition seamlessly into more intimate zones, while a double-wing door positioned along the corridor allows the private quarters to be isolated when required. Through soft tonal compositions, layered textures, and refined material selections, the residence establishes a calm yet characterful living atmosphere shaped around contemporary urban life.
